Quick Install Guide

If you want a lightweight installation option, you can download and install the Sertifi for Salesforce application, and then contact your Customer Success Manager to complete set up and configuration on your behalf.

To perform a quick install:

  1. Complete a call with the Sertifi Sales team to gather your requirements for the app. You’ll discuss any special workflow requirements, and the object(s) you want to install Sertifi on.

  2. Download the Sertifi app from the AppExchange in Salesforce.

  3. Grant Sertifi access to your Salesforce org. To do this:

    • Log in to your Salesforce org.

    • Click the Astro icon on the top right-hand side of the page.

    • Click Settings.

    • Click Grant Log in Access on the left-hand side of the screen.

    • Locate Sertifi, and then add the Access Duration. We recommend one full week (e.g. seven days).

    • Click Save

    Note

    Remember to grant access to Sertifi Support, not Salesforce Support.

  4. Send your Sertifi Customer Success Manager additional information to complete your setup and installation. For example, you could send a sample signature document to add to your library and your company logo for branding.

On average, this process can save you upwards of 45 minutes to an hour of setup and configuration time.

Your Customer Success Manager can quickly configure your Sertifi app with our out-of-the-box solution. Additionally, your Customer Success Manager will set up any special requirements and objects per your discussion with the Sertifi Sales team.
