Users are now prevented from importing Transactions more than once into a particular Payment. UI updates were also applied to indicate when a Transaction cannot be imported. Additionally, after a Transaction has been imported, it is no longer visible in the Import Transactions wizard. (ITG-1330)

When a refund is sent to Amadeus and converted into the custom Transaction object, the refund amount would be entered with a positive value (e.g. appearing as a charge and not a return of the funds). Refunds are now entered with negative values, reflecting the return of funds and ensuring accuracy in transaction values on rollup reports
