Grant Sertifi Access to Your Salesforce Organization
In some cases, you may need to grant Sertifi access to your Salesforce organization, such as during a Quick Install process. To do this, follow the instructions for either Salesforce Lightning or Salesforce Classic below:
Salesforce Lightning Instructions
Log into your Salesforce.org.
Click on your avatar in the top-right corner of the page.
Select Settings.
In the left-hand navigation menu, select Grant Account Login Access (you can locate this option by typing Grant Account Login Access into the Quick Find box).
Next to Sertifi Support, select 1 Month in the the Access Duration dropdown menu.
Click Save.
Salesforce Classic Instructions
Log in to your Salesforce.org
Navigate to your name near the upper-right corner of the page.
Click the name dropdown.
Click My Setup or My Settings from the dropdown list.
Click Personal ion the left-hand side of the page.
Click Grant Account Login Access.
Next to Sertifi Support, select 1 Month in the the Access Duration dropdown menu.
Click Save.
