  • When a user is invited to sign a document or complete another action in a Sertifi portal, they receive an invitation email containing a passthrough link to the portal that sent the invitation. For security purposes, this passthrough link will expire after a certain amount of time, or receiving a certain number of clicks, depending on the portal's security settings.

If a user accesses a link and finds that it is expired, they can now directly request a new passthrough link, which will be sent to them via email. When they click on the new link, they can then access the documents and tasks that were assigned to them. It should be noted that this update will not affect the behavior or functionality of a secure API link. (ITG-902)
