Classic Payer Experience

Generally, your participants can complete their assigned tasks in whatever order they choose. However, they must complete all required tasks before their part of the workflow will be considered complete.

  1. Your signing participants, paying participants, and CC participants will receive an email containing a link to the signature documents and payment requests.

  2. The assigned signers complete the signature workflow.

  3. Participants with an assigned payment will see the payment request on the righthand side of the signing room window. They can click Submit Payment to begin the payment process.

  4. The participant can enter their payment information in the payment window. Depending on the portal's settings, they will be able to pay by credit card, ACH transfer, or both.

  5. To submit the payment, click Submit.

  6. The payment window will indicate if the payment was successful.

  7. After the payment is processed, all participants will receive an emailed receipt.
