eForms Management

To access your eForm library, start from your portal dashboard. Click Administration, and then Document & eForm Library.

From here, you can see all of the eForms available to you, including information about when they were created and who created them.

Set eForm to Public or Private

To adjust an eForm's accessibility, click the ellipsis icon underneath Actions, and select Make Public or Make Private.

  • Private – only the form's creator, or Super Admins, can view the form.

  • Public – every portal user can view the form.


Super Admins can view all eForms in their portal, whether Private or Public. Admins or Power Admisn can only see eForms they've created, and public eForms.

Rename an eForm

To rename an eForm, click the ellipsis icon underneath Actions and click Rename. Edit the name of the form, and click the green check mark when you're done. Note that there's a 100-character limit for this field.
