Update User Profile Information

To change profile information in your portal, navigate to Administration > My Profile. From here, you can:

Note

You can't change the email address associated with your Sertifi account. If you need to update your email address, a Sertifi Super Admin for your portal will need to update your email address for you.

Change Your Password
  1. Navigate to Administration > My Profile.

  2. Click Change Password in the Maintain My Account section.

  3. Enter your current password.

  4. Enter your new password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and contain one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

  5. Enter your new password again in the Confirm Password box.

  6. Click Save.

Upload a Profile Photo
  1. Navigate to Administration > My Profile.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Click Edit Personal Info.

  3. Click Choose File. Select a file on your computer or device, and then click Open.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and then click Save.

Update Contact Information
  1. Navigate to Administration > My Profile.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Click Edit Personal Info.

  3. From here, you can edit or update the following information:

    • First name - enter your first name. (Required)

    • Last name - enter your last name.

    • Initials - enter your initials.

    • Title - enter your title.

    • Company - enter your company name.

    • Address Info

    • Language - select the language you want your portal to display in.

    • Prefill Signature Fields - select this box if you want to prefill signature forms with your information in documents where you are countersigning.

  4. Click Save.
